Appointments may be scheduled from late morning through evening through the week.  Most individuals, couples or families need appointment times that don't conflict with their work schedules and Evergreen strives to meet that need.   

Evergreen's Clinical Office hours are. . .

    10:00 am - 7:00 pm   Monday - Thursday

    11:00 am - 4:00 pm   Friday 

If you are trying to reach Evergreen during those hours and reach the Voice Mail service, it is because a counseling appointment is in session or, another call is being answered. We'll make every effort to contact you typically within the same business day.

Generally, our first appointment of the day is taken at 11am and our last session of the day is usually offered at 7pm (Mon - Thurs).

When voice mail or email messages are left, they will be answered in as timely way as possible as an integral part of your care.  In addition, your clinician is available via email or voice mail should you need to speak with him or her between appointment times.
